Healthy food

Nowadays,people like to eat fast food and some kind of food which is unhealthy.Most of the younger do not like vegetable and fruit.They prefer western food,fried food and snacks .This will cause that they become overweight due to the unbalanced diet.Breakfast is very important to everyone.You can eat boiled eggs,sandwich with vegetable or cereal and drink a glass of milk. The best way to get a healthy body -- eat five servings of fruit and vegetables a day. We can refer to the food guide pyramid as we know that what we can eat more and what we can eat moderate.Many people like to eat snacks,cakes and butter cookies during the tea time.These food contain too much fat and high calorie.That are bad for our health due to the additives.We must do lots of exercise if we want to have a healthy lifestyle.That is not difficult to have a healthy body if we can pay more attention on our meals!

Vacation

I had a vacation with my family to Cameron Highland two months ago.Cameron Highland is a plateau which is far away from city.The scenery there was very beautiful and the air at Cameron Highland was very fresh.We went to the vegetable farm , strawberry farm and bee farm.When we visited the strawberry farm,the owner said that if we wanted to buy the strawberry,we could plucked the strawberry by ourselves.We felt very excited and started to pluck the red strawberry.After that,we went to vegetable farm and bee farm.We bought some fresh vegetable and honey.Finally,we went to the waterfalls which is nearby the vegetable farm. We took many photos and i had a great time with my family.

Stress

My major is life science.This is quite a difficult course because this course wanted to learn many professional knowledge regard to living things.This is my first year in university.My school timetable is almost full.I have lession until five in the evening almost everyday.We have at least two quiz and wanted to do two report weekly.This made me feel stressed.I may be able to get rid of stressful feeling by getting busy.Some relaxation exercises and leisure activities are the best way for relaxing but i prefer reading and listening music.I hope i will feel relaxed after doing some leisure activities.

My new life in Taiwan

My name is Lai Pee Fang.I came from Malaysia.This is the first time i came to Taiwan.I know i must be independent because this is the first time i wanted to go overseas to further studies alone.I think i can learn many things here.Besides professional knowlegde,i would like to travel in Taiwan because i knew that there are many beautiful places in Taiwan.I also make many new friends here.The people here are very friendly and helpful.Last saturday, i went to Taipei.There was very prosperous. I went to the night market at Shi Lin.People crowded at the market.My friends and me found very difficult to walk through the street.We eat many delicious appetizer there but a taste of a chicken chop was very bad.I really love my new life in Taiwan.I think i will enjoy to be a full-time student in these four years.
